Kibito vs King Cold?

That can just be telling us that Gohan has more pure physical power but Kibito has the ki to match his full power.

 I sort of need to have Kibito weaker than Freeza. I already have Kaioshin one shotting (as he states) 100% Freeza and more or less putting himself on a level that's probably around the cyborgs. If I put Kibito on Freeza's level, I'm not sure if I can actually get Kibitoshin below the likes of Kid Boo with the Potara.

For sake of things, I'm going to say Cold wins because if I make Kibito too strong, I'm going to wonder why Kibitoshin didn't just come up and tear off Kid Boo's face nonchalantly with the implied massive boost potara gives.

Well maybe,I always thought Kibito was at least on par with Mecha Frieza damn >_< .....
But the question is,is Kibito that much weaker than Kaioshin?
